The platform connects organizations with senior-level judgment for clearly defined, high-impact assignments, while enabling seasoned professionals to contribute selectively, autonomously, and with dignity.
Veteran Vanguard is multi-disciplinary and community-driven, fostering peer exchange, cross-sector dialogue, and collaboration across borders. The platform is not limited by profession, geography, or industry. Professionals and organizations engage directly with veterans for defined-term assignments, while the platform facilitates access, structure, and professional safeguards, preserving integrity, transparency, and non-circumvention.
Members of the platform maintain dedicated professional profile pages and may engage individually or as part of purpose-driven, multi-disciplinary teams. Participation carries no obligation beyond interest and availability when suitable opportunities arise.

A simple, transparent, and secure six-step process designed for the Veterans and service seekers and sequenced in the following manner:
Veterans register on the platform by submitting a comprehensive professional profile for review.
The profile captures professional background, areas of expertise, years of experience, location, and availability indication.

• Full professional disclosure required
• No public visibility prior to approval
The Platform Panel of Assessors assesses the profiles through a rigorous vetting mechanism. Once approved, the profiles will be activated and go live on the Platform, becoming searchable by the following search fields: expertise, experience, location, and availability.
Clients browse profiles, identify veterans aligned with their needs, and submit an engagement request by completing a short request form. Clients receive a system notification. The selected Veteran will be informed via system email without disclosing the Client’s name.
Veteran Vanguard issues an NDA for review and signing, terms negotiation, and prepares the bilateral Assignment Contract for signing by the Parties. Veteran Vanguard acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to the contract.
Veteran Vanguard Matching will be due and payable by the Client upon signing of the Assignment Contract. This Fee covers Veteran listing and identification, preliminary assessment, and preparation of legal documentation by the Platform Lawyers. The Fee is non-refundable.
The Assignment will be declared effective upon signing of the Assignment Contract and payment of the Matching Fees. Assignment proceeds directly between the Client and the Veteran. Veteran Vanguard remains available for administrative coordination.
